Dr. Brian N. Burrows was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and served a two-year LDS mission to Durban, South Africa. Dr. Burrows graduated from Southern Utah University in 1998 with bachelor degrees in both Biology and Psychology. He attended St. George’s University School of Medicine in St. George, Grenada where he graduated with his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2002. Dr. Burrows performed his medical clinical work in California and completed three years of pediatric residency training in Las Vegas, Nevada where he had the opportunity to work at both University Medical Center and Sunrise Hospital. While working in Las Vegas, Dr. Burrows received the Chamber of Commerce’s Excellence in Service Award. He has a strong history of community involvement having worked with The Boy Scouts of America, Junior Jazz, Reach Out and Read, Big Brothers, Boy’s and Girl’s Club, and Utah Summer Games. He is excited to be back in Cedar City and continue his community activity.
